  Salad of baby mozzarella and cherry tomatoes on a bed of watercress, topped with Parma ham and finished with balsamic dressing  
  Home made smoked chicken and bacon terrine  
  Smoked salmon, cream cheese and chive roulade

  Escalope of turkey, fresh cranberries, chestnut stuffing, bacon-wrapped chipolatas, roast potatoes, puréed parsnips and fresh mixed vegetables  
  Paupiettes of cod and Parma ham with a vanilla, saffron and morel sauce, lime and courgette risotto  
  8oz sirloin steak, stuffed with a truffle-scented olive purée, with wild mushroom sauce, creamed potatoes and fresh buttered spinach
